RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW:

  • We have a 15-day return policy and orders must be postmarked and sent back to us within that time frame. 
  • Returns are for "STORE CREDIT ONLY" & will be issued by email as a gift card. (This will only be issued once we have recieved your return and have approved it)
  • If any item you receive from us is severally damaged upon delivery, we will require a notice within 3 days of receiving your package and proof of the damage via photos sent to our email at Happilyevershopco@gmail.com.
  • To be eligible for a non-damaged return, we will require notice via email within 5 business days of receiving your package. Your item must be returned within the 14-Day Window, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, so please add this to your return box.
  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified after checkout. It is our company standard to ship your merchandise out as soon as possible. However, once you receive your items, you are welcome to return them based on our Returns Policy. 
  • Shipping costs for returns will be the customers sole responsibility and those costs can vary from $5 up to $25 depending on the weight of the returning package.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for undergarments such as, but not limited to, bathing suits, bras & shapewear. We also do not accept returns for Tumblers, Hair Accessories, Jewelry, Final Sale Items, Hosiery, Mystery Bags or Gift Cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Incorrect/Missing Items:

If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received an incorrect item, you must inform us via email within 3 business days. 

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the gift card we allot to you.

  • If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item(s) back to us. 
  • Items sent back to us without first emailing us will not be accepted.
